Outsource Marketing enters Portland market
BELLEVUE, Wash., Sept. 10, 2008–Outsource Marketing is strengthening its Northwest presence by partnering with Nokes Communications, Inc., a public relations and marketing communications firm in Portland, Ore.

Before becoming a sole practitioner in 2000, he worked as the director of corporate communications for NW Natural, a natural gas utility in Portland, Ore.
